World of Warcraft: Legion introduces the World Quest System. The World Quest system provides world quest objectives similar to Adventure Mode bounties from Diablo III. World quests provide a variety of rewards including both PvP and PvE gear that scales to the player’s item level.

World of Warcraft: Legion introduces a new system for level 110 players – World Quests. Similar to Diablo III’s Adventure Mode, offering bounties and rewards across different zones.
The objective of the World Quest system is to provide incentives for players to explore, fight and progress their characters out in the new zones of the Broken Isles.

The Artifact Weapon System, new in World of Warcraft: Legion. Each class has powerful Artifact Weapons with unique abilities that can be unlocked with artifact power obtained while progressing your character in the Broken Isles. Artifact Weapons provide an additional avenue of character progression at maximum level. Each Artifact Weapon upgrade empowers the weapon, improving abilities and player health and effectiveness in damage and healing.

Blizzard has released a series of three animated short films providing back story on the main characters of the Legion Expansion: Illidan, Gul’Dan and Khadgar. World of Warcraft: Legion is loaded with features that will transform you into Azeroth’s elite vanguard against the shadow—as well as enhance your experience in other ways.

Legendary Hollywood blacksmith Tony Swatton of Sword and Stone ignited the fires of his forge to bring the great Warglaives of Azzinoth to life. Blizzard has comissioned the creation of three iconic legendary weapons from the Warcraft universe: The Warglaives of Azzinoth, Doomhammer and the Ashbringer!
